Championship Rules & Notes

 

Players will play from the White Tees.

 

Any players aged 70 and above may play the Red Tees. If you do plan to play the Red Tees, please inform the Pro Shop Team prior to your match so that we can apply your course handicap properly!

 

The ball must be played as it lies, unless both a competitor and their opponent fully agree that an area is deemed to be ground under repair. In your own fairway, you may place your ball within the length of one scorecard from its original position.

 

All penalty areas are to be played as lateral hazards, with the exception of the fence along the right side of Hole 4, which shall be played as Out of Bounds.

 

The two players may agree prior to their match to take bunkers out of play. If the players cannot come to an agreement, bunkers will be included as a part of the course by default, and will be played as Lift, Rake & Place.

 

Match Handicapping

 

All matches will be played using your respective course handicaps. The name of the player receiving strokes, as well as the holes in which strokes are to be given will be indicated with dots on the second line of your provided scorecard.
